Service Writer

Summary of Job Duties:

The Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating repairs of customer vehicles. Our advisors communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and warranty information.

This includes:

• Create & document service appointments
• Advise customer of recommended repairs
• Open, manage, & close repair orders
• Produce written estimate for customer
• Dispatch repair orders

Requirements:

• High School Graduate (College Preferred)
• Experience in the automotive services industry required
• Sales and/or customer service experience required (with supporting documentation)
• Reynolds experience preferred
• Must have clean driving record and background
